The Role
As a Manager, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end transformation programmes across the pharma, biotech, medtech, and chemical sectors.
You will work at the intersection of business transformation, process excellence, and data-driven decision making, helping clients optimise complex operations and realise measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver transformation initiatives across the value chain—from diagnostic and analysis through to implementation
Apply process intelligence / process mining tools (Celonis, SAP Signavio) to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
Drive operational excellence programmes across:
Supply Chain Management
End-to-End Process Optimisation
Lean and continuous improvement
Facilitate client workshops, stakeholder interviews, and executive presentations
Support strategic decision-making and organisational change
Contribute to business development and practice growth, including client relationship development
Mentor and support the development of junior consultants
Candidate Profile
3–6+ years of experience in management consulting or a comparable transformation role
Strong expertise in supply chain and end-to-end processes within industrial environments
Ideally experience in regulated industries (pharma, life sciences, chemicals, medtech)
Hands-on experience with process mining / process intelligence (Celonis, SAP Signavio strongly preferred)
Proven track record in business transformation and operational improvement programmes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable at senior levels
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong client focus
Fluent German and English
