SAP MDG - All Levels (Consultant – Senior Manager)

We’re looking for SAP MDG professionals at all levels who want to grow their careers while delivering high-impact data and governance solutions.
What you’ll do (scope varies by level)
- Design, configure, and deliver SAP MDG solutions within S/4HANA programmes
- Define and implement master data governance frameworks (Business Partner, Material, Finance, Supplier, Customer)
- Design data models, workflows, validations, and governance processes
- Support data migration, data quality, and data lifecycle management activities
- Collaborate with functional, technical, and data teams across international programmes
- (Manager & Senior Manager) Lead MDG workstreams, manage teams, and engage with senior client stakeholders

What we’re looking for
- Hands-on experience with SAP MDG (responsibilities aligned to seniority level)
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC MDG implementations
- Strong understanding of master data, data governance, and data quality concepts
- Ability to work effectively in international, multicultural environments
- Fluent English (Spanish is a plus)
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills
Nice to have
- Experience in full-cycle S/4HANA implementations
- Experience with data migration tools and approaches (e.g. Migration Cockpit, LSMW)
- Knowledge of SAP Information Steward or related data quality tools
- SAP MDG certifications
- Background in large transformation programmes
