Role Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP TM Solution Designer to lead the Transport Management stream of an ongoing SAP S/4HANA template deployment across Europe. You will act as the bridge between business requirements and system configuration, driving fit-gap analysis workshops and ensuring the global template is effectively adapted for local European logistics operations. This is a hands-on role requiring a mix of high-level solution design, direct system configuration, and stakeholder management.
Requirements :
Expertise 7 years+ in SAP EWM integration for transportation processes.
Experienced in designing, customizing, and enhancing SAP TM modules.
Experienced in unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.
Pharmaceutical industry experience needed.
Experience in outbound, inbound, multipack up & multi drop scenarios
SAP S/4HANA experience across multiple full lifecycle projects
Business process experience as well as IT and solution architecture
Scope:
Collect, Review and shape country and global user requirements together with the Global Business process owner and the related IT Experts
Ensure the Warehouse process steps are covered in the E2E business scenarios to prepare the PQ writing
Create/update PQ scripts in Proton and support PQ Scripts execution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems are optimized and meet the needs of the business
Analyze and interpret data to increase system functionality and efficiency
Train team and local business users on the use of warehouse management systems
Drive the business workshop and meeting. Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
Support deployment teams for screening the system
Be the SPOC for Master data team from Warehouse team inputs point of view and inform all other team members.
Support the triggered projects under responsibility and ensure smooth transition, support cutover activities
