The Opportunity We are looking for a senior Blue Yonder Lead to take immediate ownership of the design phase for a Greenfield European implementation at a major fresh produce company.
We need a strong communicator to pick up the project mid-flight. The ideal candidate isn’t just a configurator; they are a consultant who can lead workshops, manage escalations, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Design: Take control of the current design phase and drive it to completion.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary interface between the business and technical teams. Strong communication is the #1 priority to overcome previous challenges.
Workshop Facilitation: Travel to NL once a month to lead critical design and requirements sessions.
Solution Strategy: Define a robust solution for the European market (Greenfield), independent of existing US legacy setups.
Requirements
Expertise: Deep functional knowledge of Blue Yonder solutions.
Soft Skills: Exceptional English (spoken/written) with the ability to lead sessions and manage difficult conversations.
Location: Based in the Netherlands (Ideal) or wider EU.
